- IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING DEBIT AND CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS
To reduce credit card fraud, we require proper billing address information for your order. If the transaction has been denied due to an AVS (address verification system) mismatch, your credit card or debit card will not be debited, however your bank (not our bank or our credit card processor) may have set funds aside during the authorization request. Banks will release an authorization between 3 and 30 business days or upon debit of your credit card or debit card.
Banks set their own policies and SPS/Solotime has no control over how long your bank may hold your funds. This apparently happens more often with ATM / Debit Cards. The funds are then released again after a few days, when the bank realises that actually no charge was placed although it was denied.
Our apologies for this inconvenience but absolutely nothing we can do to prevent it. Consumers who feel their funds are being held too long should contact the bank that issued their card. The phone number is generally located on the back of the card.

Pricing: We strive to have the best prices in our industry. If you find a lower advertised price on an identical item, we will meet that price. Prices are subject to change without notice. Not responsible for typographical errors.
Method of Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards along with PayPal and Google Checkout. Cards are charged at the time of order. We also accept certified funds. Orders shipped COD will be subject to a $6.00 charge. Orders paid via check may be held until the check clears. There will be a $25.00 fee for any returned checks. COD is not available on 2nd or Next Day Shipping.
Shipping: Most orders for stocked items are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt. A majority of our embroidered items are made on demand and may take 2-7 days to produce and ship. Shipping charges are calculated at actual cost. To see the charges, add an item to your cart and then calculate shipping.
NOTE ON SHIPPING SMALL DECAL ORDERS: If you are only ordering a few decals, make sure you select "USPS First Class Shipping" as this is the most economical method for small light packages.
Why does shipping show $3 when a stamp is only $0.42?
A first class stamp only covers 1oz of weight. Almost all items exceed this limit and subsequent ounces are not as economical. Our reasonable shipping rates also include a small percentage to cover our packaging costs (envelope, tape, etc.)
Why is my shipping $8 for a single decal?
UPS Ground shipping to almost any destination costs a minimum of $5-6 and is higher for longer distances. Please select a USPS shipping method which is more economical.
Also, there are occasional typographical errors in our shopping cart that may cause shipping to show higher than it should be. If you think the shipping cost is out of line, please feel free to email us at email@example.com we will correct the issue.
Back orders: In the event that an item that you order is on back order, we will contact you with expected time of delivery to determine if you would like to wait, cancel your order or substitute an alternate item. Our shopping cart automatically charges your credit card at time of order placement. If the item is back ordered for more than 5 days, we can (upon request) remove the authorization from your card until the item ships.
Rush Orders and Lead Times: If you are in a rush, please advise us of the date that you would like to receive your order by so we can do our best to serve your needs.
Returns: Any normally stocked item may be returned, freight pre paid within 30 days. Most items will NOT be subject to a re-stocking charge, however please e-mail/call for return authorization before sending the item back. Special orders and graphics are not returnable.
Please note that items with dated event logos (e.g. Runoffs or Solo Nationals) and any item with personalization will not be eligible for a full refund. Please contact us before sending the item back and we will work with you the best we can.
Sizing Policy: We will exchange these items if they do not fit correctly as long as they have not been worn or used in competition and are in re saleable condition. If your sized item does not fit correctly, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org we will work with you to get the situation corrected as soon as possible.
Warranty: SCCAGEAR.com guarantees our products to be free of defects due to workmanship or materials. Liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective part. No warranty of any kid, express or implied, is made respecting the products sold. Because racing is a dangerous sport, the buyer assumes all risk and liability whatsoever resulting from the use of our products.
Custom/Special Orders: All orders of items not normally restocked require pre payment in full.
